First trial of costumes on the singer
A few of our ordered items began to come through. We started by trying these on the singer. The mesh skirt and the trousers for the singer and dancers had arrived. We are very pleased with the skirt. It fit Nandi very well, and came with slits. The length was good, particularly with Nandi's height and will be even better with heels. We will order a pair of white hot pants to go underneath the skirt, as the skirt is transparent all through.
As for the trousers. I'm not entirely sure if these will work. They are jersey, so it will be comfortable for her to dance in them. However, the trousers are very long on her (excluding heel height) and I am not certain on whether they look good. I will show the rest of my group and we will collectively decide. In the mean time, Nandi tried on the dancers trousers, which looked good on her. This may be more effective as all three girls will look identical during the dance.
